The GAMCA medical test is a compulsory health examination required for employment or residency in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. This test screens for infectious diseases and evaluates the overall physical fitness of individuals.

Wafid Medical Center is an online platform that facilitates the GAMCA medical examination process. It allows applicants to book their medical appointments online and complete the required tests smoothly.

To book an appointment, visit the Wafid website, fill in the required details, and pay the registration fee. Once done, you will receive an appointment slip containing your test date, time, and other important details.

The medical test fee generally ranges between ₹7,500 to ₹8,500, with a registration fee of around ₹1500. The total cost may vary depending on the medical center and the country.

The examination usually includes:

  • Blood tests (HIV, Hepatitis B & C)

  • Chest X-ray (for Tuberculosis)

  • Physical examination

  • Urine tests
    Additional tests may be performed based on visa type or country requirements.

Yes. You can check your results on the official platform using your passport number or appointment slip number.

You must carry your original passport, four recent passport-size photographs (as per the country’s requirement), and a printed copy of your appointment slip.

The six GCC countries that require Wafid (GAMCA) medical tests are:

The medical examination center is automatically assigned based on the city and country you select during booking. You cannot choose a specific center yourself.

The appointment fee is non-refundable. If you miss your appointment or provide incorrect details, you will need to rebook and pay the fee again.

Generally, the report is valid for about 3 months from the date of issue. However, validity may vary depending on the country’s requirements.

If your report states “Unfit,” it means you have not met the medical fitness criteria. In such cases, you may need to undergo further medical evaluation before reapplying.
